This agreement creates a legally binding obligation between you and pk10, enforceable under the laws of Bangladesh. Our services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above; use by minors is not permitted. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a third party, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. pk10 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation & Security
Registration Process
To open an account with pk10, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Only one account per person is permitted; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. During registration, you may be required to provide an active mobile number and valid national ID details. If identity verification documents are requested, they must be submitted within the specified timeframe. Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure, and any funds on deposit may be forfeited.
Password & Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and update it regularly. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the pk10 support team immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for added security. The account holder remains responsible for all activity on their account unless pk10 acknowledges otherwise in writing.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using the pk10 platform, you confirm that you are accessing our services for lawful purposes and in full compliance with all applicable laws. To maintain the integrity of the platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action upon detection.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
- Attempting to defraud other users or gain unauthorized access to the system
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Registering using a false identity or forged documents
- Attempting to claim promotional or bonus benefits multiple times through unauthorized means
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited. Where necessary, the matter will be referred to the relevant legal authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit Policy
All financial transactions on pk10 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits must be made using approved payment methods, which are kept up to date on the platform. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name; third-party payments are not accepted. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits are set in accordance with the platform's guidelines. pk10 reserves the right to verify any transaction at any time if suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawal Policy
Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times vary by payment method and are generally completed within 1–3 business days. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. pk10 reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
Pk10 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. pk10 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, third-party service failures, or users' own internet issues. Any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming are solely the user's responsibility. pk10 shall bear no liability for circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, or government directives. In any case, total compensation shall not exceed the amount you deposited during the relevant month.
Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the pk10 website — including logos, designs, graphics, software, and text — is the intellectual property of pk10. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. pk10 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party services or links available on our platform. Visiting third-party websites is subject to their own terms and conditions, and users do so at their own risk. Unauthorized use of the pk10 name, trademarks, or logo is a punishable offence, and pk10 reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Pk10 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: breach of Terms, suspected fraud, provision of false information, or violation of applicable laws. If an account is closed, the balance may be withheld pending completion of verification. Users may also request to close their own account, in which case any verified funds will be returned. Accounts may also be temporarily suspended under self-exclusion or Responsible Gaming provisions. Relevant sections of these Terms remain in effect even after an account is closed.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pk10 may update these Terms & Conditions — in part or in full — at any time, and any changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder. Both parties are encouraged to resolve disputes through mutual discussion, with the option to pursue mediation if needed. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, all remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
